TJX
TJX Europe are the parent company for TK Maxx and Homesense stores in the UK and Europe. In order to provide company specific health and safety training to managers in their stores and distribution centres TJX developed three training courses with the assistance of 4See Risk Management (part of the 4See Group). These courses are delivered by ClearView Safety. ClearView coordinate all training courses, venues, delegates and ensure courses run smoothly and with the correct number of attendees. Courses are delivered using the interactive Just Vote system and provide an excellent tool for ensuring high levels of competence throughout the company.
Nuffield Health
With gyms all over the country and a number of significant risks to be managed at each one Nuffield Health turned to 4See Risk Management to develop a course specifically for their Leisure Centre Managers. Nuffield wanted this to be industry leading so 4See developed a three day management course that is accredited by IOSH (the Institute for Occupational Health and Safety). The course itself is delivered by ClearView Safety meaning that the delivery costs are extremely cost effective whereas the technical content and review of the course remains with 4See – a relationship that allows for technically high level courses to be developed and delivered without breaking the bank.
